Tour Paris 13

After last years modern art festival in Kassel the’ Documenta 13′, this year I’ve got to see ‘Tour Paris 13’.  Seemingly a play on the number 13, and presumably from the popular french culture films by Luc Besson ‘District 13’ features the adventures of 2 Parkour runners taking over buildings, and creating amazing feats.  ‘Tour Paris 13’ takes on an entire 10 story building in the center of Paris earmarked for demolition; 80 artists have come together to demonstrate there graffiti, and artistic talent.  Rooms are decorated in splendour, and it’s an honor to see the work in situe before demolition.  However be prepared to queue for several hours, and as the installations continue to grow in popularity expect the ques to get longer.  Well worth the wait, but make sure to get there early to avoid been turned away.
