Should do a training blog!!!

December 2, 2012 5:21 pm Published by Leave your thoughts

One thing I’m completely useless at is keeping records of training, and yet time and, time again successes in sport are achieved by people with a desire to record every training event in some sort of diary.  So an instruction from a wrestling coach to make a note of what I’ve been learning is a... Running and the Internet

November 24, 2012 7:41 pm Published by Leave your thoughts

Running is something that is pretty independent, but becomes part of other things such as catching the bus, or playing football.  However the internet has it’s own life, which seems to have a relationship with running i.e runners write blogs, search for races, and plan training.  This all happens en-mass on the internet.  So it’s... Is any political party radical enough

November 17, 2012 3:07 pm Published by Leave your thoughts

Thought I’d title this a blog based on something someone else has said, so it’s a little like I don’t know exactly what I’m exactly write about. It’s also a mystery into how much control I have over what I’m writing about, however that’s what I wanted to get across how much control do we... View Article

Exercise in the Economy

November 14, 2012 2:22 am Published by Leave your thoughts

Exercise was once linked to economics, you worked hard you got fit.  Working hard, and getting fit is a paradox that is a natural equation, but in a millennium world it’s not a natural fit.  Fit becomes a word that word that describes, someone’s look, or a consumerist issues of being ‘fit for purpose’.  Living... Should Libdems be more responsible?

November 12, 2012 9:23 pm Published by Leave your thoughts

Conservatives and Labour are funded by organisations, and this comes at a price that influences the policies they make.  However Libdems don’t have this situation, they are members funded, or at least they enjoy some business support from pro-European businesses.  So Libdems can make better decisions on politics, they are in a better position to... Documenta – Instruments of War/Music

November 8, 2012 3:48 pm Published by Leave your thoughts

This was part of an installation from the Documenta, sorry for the poor image of the text; However it basically describes how the French soldiers on the front line transformed instruments of war into instruments of music.  A helmet could be transformed into a mandolins, guitars and banjos Peace 🙂

Documenta – Time is Money

November 7, 2012 10:39 pm Published by Leave your thoughts

Can’t believe I’ve been neglecting to update this blog now for approaching a year, so it’s a question of what is this a measure of? Approaching a year is something of a long time, and there has been an enormous amount of interesting stuff happening through out the year; I’ve had new relationships, new jobs,... View Article

Wrestling now

November 7, 2012 9:30 pm Published by Leave your thoughts

Wrestling is a word that can be taken as a literal meaning to describe both the physical and also the verbal world of wrestling with problems.  In British wrestling it seems the concept doesn’t just belong on the mat, but also enters the world of sports politics.  Indeed it never a new concept for a... British Wrestling – Before London 2012 Olympics

December 15, 2011 12:21 am Published by Leave your thoughts

Wrestling in the UK is pretty small in comparison to other countries, and if you look at the talent you have to be impressed.  I mean British wrestling has a membership of just 700, that well is just minuscule when you consider their will be 17 gold medals on offer at the Olympics.  On that basis well, how... What is Wrestling?

October 14, 2011 10:53 pm Published by Leave your thoughts

Wrestling isn’t part of my normal persona, I’ve always been occupied by other sports mainly running, and then martial arts.  I suppose martial arts plays towards wrestling, and there is an interest there but, its been difficult to get around to I suppose.  Still, I’ve been supporting British Wrestling since they had the Commonwealths in...
